Contractors Closers & Connections is proud to bring you our first casino-themed event, “Wheeling & Dealing,” on Thursday, January 20th @ Switchyards Downtown Club in Atlanta featuring a brief presentation from Jeff Beal and Chad Lagomarsino offering an inside-look into their new “Personal Warehouse” & “Stables Motor Condos” developments.  This will be an exclusive, invitation-only event of approx. 150 persons comprised of entrepreneurs, developers, venture capitalists, architects, special consultants, debt & equity partners, owner’s representatives, management firms, brokerages, local governmental officials, politicians, and legal professionals; our sponsor firms will be the only exception, comprising approx. 15% of the attendee base.

Attendees will be issued funny money and chips upon entering.  Based on your accumulated value of chips & funny money at the conclusion of the evening, you are issued a particular amount of raffle tickets; these raffle tickets are then pulled at random to determine our Grand Prize, 2nd & 3rd place winners of spectacular gifts!

Signature cocktails will be indulged upon, smooth cigars will be enjoyed, laughter will commence, and monumental conversations will ensue amongst the finest firms in the commercial real estate arena for our most intimate CCC soiree yet.

One of our featured cocktails will include the “new old fashioned” from our drink sponsor, CaliFino, produced with their signature anejo tequila.  Cigars will be available from Liberty Cigar Company.  Light catering items will be provided by Craft & Bar.

Special guests will be flying into town to include Jeff Driskel from The Houston Texans, The EV Hotel Executive Board of Directors, the newly proposed leadership team of CCC Savannah & CCC Miami.

Dress code is business casual.  Security will be ensuring unauthorized guests do not enter the premises.  Venue is easily accessed on the ground level and the parking deck is extremely close by for convenience.
